{this moment} - A Friday ritual. A single photo - no words - capturing a moment from the week. A simple, special, extraordinary moment. A moment I want to pause, savor and remember: inspired by Soule Mama.
What a great perspective! It kinda even makes me feel seasick a bit! ( I am not good with heights).
I read your post for yesterday. Big sigh. Boy do I know what you mean. But it gets easier, going with the flow I mean. I have learned not to place too much importance in having to get any one thing done, just as you said. As a recovering list maker, follower and crosser-offer, I daresay I may even be getting more laid back (deep intake of breath here), okay that may be going too far :). Really though, my kids remind me of what I need to learn most, which is usually slow down, stay in the moment, relax.... and I'm still learning :). Such a great post.Hugs to you friend, and have a wonderful weekend! P.S. Thanks for you so much for your lovely comments about my Farrah Fawcett hair (it is in again, isn't it?) as well as your heart warming comments on my post the day before :). xx oo
So sweet. Are those books from the Mini Masters series? We have a few of them, too and I have just written about them last week. http://smilinglikesunshine1.blogspot.com/2011/07/book-sharing-mondaymini-masters.html

They are Mini Masters - good eye :) They belong to my daughter's friend, but we love them, too!
ReplyDeleteI saw your post and always really enjoy your book sharing. I'm not always as good about the comment love as I'd like to be, but I read each one!
They totally were :) Reading and giggling and making funny sounds by rubbing their shoes against the seat back. They had too much fun!
