My Annabelle Pearl is a lover. Despite the fact that "no," or more accurately, "nononononono" is her new favorite thing to say, she very rarely encounters something that she does not like and I often find her enthusiasm to be contagious. With that said, I'd like to share with you a few of her recent favorite things.

While remaining true to the old favorites, the babe has discovered a love for: Baby Beluga and Double Rainbow.
In addition to enjoying the things above, she has really become a participant in every aspect of her routine. She brings the daddy and me clothes, shoes, and socks when she wants help putting them on. She helps to put away her bath toys after her bath. She even took groceries off the shelf and put them in the cart on our last shopping trip. I am continually amazed by her.
As for me, I've been working on the whole bringing my intentions in line with my actions thing. Another thing I've been meaning to do is find some way to work exercise into my daily routine. When Annabelle started walking, I sort of stopped. I still go for walks with her, but at her pace I'm not really getting anything that can pass for a workout. So, I've placed my yoga mat next to the back door and I can now take it out with me when Annabelle wants to go outside. This morning, I rolled it out on the back stoop and did thirty minutes of yoga while the babe filled bowls with water and poured them out again, occasionally taking a break to plop down beside me and grin. It was a great way to start the day, and I intend to do it more often.
What's new with your family this week?
