Joy Pockets #7

Joining Mon at Holistic Mama once again. Such a great reminder of the traces of beauty in each and every week.

***
Letting Joy Pockets wait 'till morning and catching up on some sleep.

Going off to investigate the sound of running water and finding this. "Fun, mama! Sit, mama!"

A rare date night with the husband, and knowing my girl is safe with people who love her.

Being offered pay to write something, even if said pay is mostly symbolic.

Deciding that it's never too late to start a garden, and seeing a tiny bit of hope that I may be able to turn these thumbs green after all.

The seemingly endless kindness, support, and encouragement in this little corner of the blogosphere.

  3. I love this!  I love when my son asks me to sit.  It's such a reminder to slow down and just be there.  And, it's always garden time!!! :)

Oh your little sprout is so inspiring!! Never too late indeed, I am the latest of bloomers myself so I hope it's never too late :). Hooray for date night and trustworthy babysitters (both are hard to come by for sure). Annabelle and water--they seem to go hand and hand :), don't they? Love her smiles...
Hope your weekend was lovely Melissa!
