What's New Wednesday: The Kitchen Edition

Annabelle wants to be up at the counter all the time now, so she has become my new sous chef. It's a busy week, so we'll go wordless! Enjoy!

Side note: the "My Safe Cutter" from the Pampered Chef
is *awesome.*

  1. I love that she is so interested in helping you in the kitchen! Great idea to use that safe cutter too! I'll have to get one.

  2. such adorable captures! tickled pink to learn of that child-friendly knife. I've been looking for something similar to have on hand to cook with the grandgirls.

  6. It's a fantastic knife for younger ones, but it works more like a saw than a knife ;) It's not sharp at all, which is fabulous for a toddler, but if your grandgirls are closer to preschool/kinder age (I'm trying to remember from photos - it seems they were a bit older!), you may prefer something else. I used to use this one in the classroom: http://www.montessoriservices.com/store/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=4423_113_224_1735 and this one for some vegetable chopping. http://www.forsmallhands.com/store/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=1_2_10  Both were great :)

Just don't want to steer you wrong!
