Wordless Wednesday: 16 Months of Fluff

Welcome to the First Annual Freedom of Cloth Carnival

This post was written for inclusion in the Freedom of Cloth Carnival hosted at Natural Parents Network by Melissa of The New Mommy Files and Shannon of The Artful Mama. This year’s carnival will run from Sunday, July 3rd through Saturday, July 9th. Participants are sharing everything they know and love about cloth diapering, including how cloth has inspired them.

In less than one week, my favorite girl will be 16 months old. Let's celebrate by looking at these sixteen months in cloth.

Unfortunately, I don't have any pictures in cloth prior to one month old. I wasn't obsessed or really even aware of the cuteness a cloth diaper could add before that. Prefolds and white covers just didn't inspire me. So we begin at one month!

1 month old, in a Thirsties Fab Fitted
2 Months old, in an iPlay swim diaper

3 Months old, in a Bumkins AIO

4 Months old, in EcaPants
5 Months old, in a prefold and Thirsties Duo Wrap
6 Months old, in EcaPants
7 Months old, in Daisy Doodles Bikini Britches
8 Months old, in a mama made fitted
9 Months old, in a mama made fitted
10 Months old, in evil corporate training pants
11 Months old, Under the Nile training pants
12 Months old, in an iPlay swim diaper
13 Months old, in Gerber training pants

14 Months old, in a mama made fitted, minus the soaker
(great underwear!)
15 Months, in Lil' Baby Chaps with prefold
Almost 16 months, in a WhyMommy trainer

  1. Looks like you've got a great stash! Love your photos, especially the sleeping ones (there is always something special about a sleeping baby).

  4. Thanks, Jorje! I should specify that the mama mades weren't made by this mama. I should learn to sew one of these days, but I have yet to do so! I didn't know what to call them because they don't have brand names. Two were a trade, made by a mama, but not a WAHM so I can't link to her. The other was made by a WAHM but I can't recommend her, so I didn't link. One day, perhaps I will learn!
