One of my most-loved diapers was made by the work-at-home-mama behind Linah Sora Diapers: Anne. Not only is the diaper cute and super absorbent, but Anne was sweet and easy to work with when I purchased it, so I was thrilled when she agreed to sponsor a giveaway for our readers.

My first Linah Sora was a fitted diaper, but for this giveaway I was able to try out one of Anne's pocket diapers, and she has offered to give one away in the winner's choice of outer fabric. The diaper I received has a cute printed cotton outer per my request and a soft minky inner with a hidden layer of PUL. It also came with a microfiber towel insert, but it can be stuffed with any of the inserts I have on hand. It is sized to fit 10-30 pounds, which makes it perfect for Annabelle, my 20 pound 15 month old.

I wasn't sure what pattern Anne had chosen for me, so I was excited to open my fluffy package when it arrived. My only specifications were that I'd like something gender neutral and my daughter and I were both thrilled with the patchwork outer of solid red and rainbow-colored cat fabrics. When I pulled the diaper out of the dryer for the first time, Annabelle took a look and excitedly pointed, proclaiming "CAT!"



With one row of snaps, the diaper was easy to put on and I knew the minky would be soft against my babe's skin. It fit easily under pants, but it is cute enough to sport with just a shirt and a pair of leggings, too. During the day I used the diaper with only the microfiber towel as an insert and that worked just fine, especially since we practice EC so do our best to change diapers as soon as they become wet. For nighttime, I added a hemp insert along with the microfiber towel for added absorbency. I loved how easy it is to access the pocket and adjust the diaper's absorbency to suit our needs. This made it trim during the day and absorbent at night.

The adjustable absorbency of the diaper is my favorite feature, along with the softness of the inner fabric, and the adorable outer. I also love knowing that I'm supporting a work at home mom rather than a large, rather impersonal diaper company. The only con in my mind is the minimal adjustability of the diaper itself. The single row of snaps allows for great adjustability around the waist, but there is no way to customize the rise. I still believe this diaper easily fits the weight range specified, so it's a small issue, really.

I can wholeheartedly recommend Linah Sora's pocket (and fitted) diapers to anyone who has, or would like to have a child in cloth. The quality of the diapers is outstanding, and Anne's customer service is great.
